The next Collaborative Colloquium will be on Wednesday, February 23, from 16-18, Room 4429 (KG IV). Our guest speaker will be Ms Natalie Porter, a PhD fellow in Social and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.She will talk about The Limits of Neoliberal Governance in Vietnamese Bird Flu Interventions, "The Party Leads, the People Rule, and the Government Manages" which is a piece of work drawing on her doctoral research project.
