COLLOQUIUM: "Regional Approaches to the 2011 Thai Election"

The last Collaborative Colloquium of the semester, "Regional Approaches to the 2011 Thai Election" will focus on the 3 July 2011 Thai election and its regional consequences within Southeast Asia. In particular, we will discuss current developments surrounding the election, highlight the Cambodian government reaction, and explore connections to recent political phenomena in Burma. In addition, attendees are encouraged to share their own perspectives and news pieces that highlight the election's effects on Southeast Asian and international regions.
